Omni Bev Vietnamese Cold Brew Coffee sells the specialty as a bottled drink, in several flavors.

Vietnamese coffee, enriched with sweetened condensed milk, is a satisfying refresher and pick-me-up.

Typically it requires brewing at home, but now it’s available in bottles, as a cold brew to drink as is. In addition to the classic version, called Good Morning Saigon, Omni Bev Vietnamese Cold Brew Coffee sells a version using coconut milk instead of condensed milk (a tad too coconutty for me).

Another quite-pleasing flavor is made with coffee, coconut milk and matcha. The San Jose, Calif., company was founded by Tammy Huynh, who is from Vietnam, and all the coffee beans are cultivated in Vietnam on her family’s farm.

Omni Bev Vietnamese Cold Brew, $23.94 for six 10-ounce bottles, $47.88 for 12, $26.99 for six in a variety pack, omnibev.com.

OMNI BEV ANNOUNCES PLANT-BASED VIETNAMESE COLD BREW

Omni Bev

Omni Bev announces a range of cold brew they describe as the “Worlds first authentic Vietnamese Cold Brew Coffee”.

The company includes dairy and non-dairy options by including two products that used plant-based milk alternatives in their product line. The traditional Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk is also available.

Omni Bev will officially unveil the new flavour at the ECRM Beverage Programme, held virtually from July 29 to July 31, 2020.

Tammy Huynh, CEO, and founder of Omni Bev, said that its passion was to transcend Vietnamese coffee and share it with the world by elevating the quality and creating healthy, innovative flavours.

The ECRM Beverage Programme is one of the first entirely virtual events that facilitate product discovery, planning, and category development while celebrating some of the best inventions.

Suppliers virtually present their products and innovations, and Omni is using this platform to introduce the new Coconut Matcha Vietnamese Cold Brew Coffee.

While Robusta varietals make up as much as 95% of the country’s output, the Arabica varietals have been artfully incorporated and produce a multitude of one-of-a-kind coffee blends

Omni’s plant-based Coconut Matcha Cold Brew Coffee is dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, ultra-smooth, and low in calories.

The company explained that the Coconut Matcha is a good choice for the health-conscious market since it is plant-based, and the matcha is known to be an excellent source of antioxidants.

In fact, black coffee combined with matcha and coconut milk provides good fats and vitamins understood to stimulate weight loss, boost the immune system, and lower cholesterol.

Omni Bev’s coffee beans are responsibly grown in high-altitude microclimates at a family farm in Da Lat, Vietnam, producing dense coffee beans with bold flavour profiles.
